Panel bender EP-2500
Amada has a long experience of several dozen years in the field of automatic panelbenders. In 1986, the first hydraulic machine was sold on the Japanese market. Now, the panel benders limit in maximum the use of hydraulics, in benefit of electricity. The EP-2500 panel bender has been developed to realize new levels of production speed, efficiency and versatility.With new innovations to streamline programming and expand the material processing range, the EP-2500 removes many restrictions that are associated with conventional panel bending.All combined with an extensive range of automation options to provide ablanking-to-bending solution for your specific requirements.

Dynamical loading device
The loading device can be placed on left or right side of the machine. The loading lifter gripping of part is equipped with 3 parallel rows of suction cups, adjusting automatically, according to the dimensions of the part. Furthermore, to prevent any possibility to get double parts, it is provided with a sheet separation system, centered at the front of the lifter.
Automatic Tool Changer “ATC”
The automatic tool changer "ATC" allows a variety of bending length without operator intervention on the machine. The tool length is automatically selected depending of the part to be produced, from 350 mm to 2650 mm. The tool changing mechanism, composed of two axes manipulator left / right (with 5 tools 4 mm length), is integrated in both sides of the machine. They will position the different sectionalised tools and ears tools if necessary.
