Technology and Application Punch Basic


The training is directed toward machine-operators and CAD/CAM-programmers

Purpose of the training:

  • Basic knowledge of punching technology
  • Ability to operate the machine
  • All programming commands needed to control an AMADA punching machine
  • Handling of an AMADA punching machine with AMNC-control
  • Independent setup of a NC program

  • Experience using a PC and basic knowledge of the Windows™ operating system
  • Technical communication
  • Reading of technical drawings


  • General punching and tooling technology
  • Savety and security instructions
  • How to check the machine before using it / handling the machine
  • Design of an AMADA punching machine
  • Explanation of the AMNC-control user interface
  • Basic knowledge of NC-programming
  • Practical implementation of the programming
