Our user-friendly EGB-1303ARse robot cell has won the Euroblech Award 2024
AMADA has developed the new EGB-1303ARse to be the most user-friendly bending cell, always aiming to be highly productive even when used by less experienced operators, thus meeting the ever-increasing demands expressed by our customers. To achieve this goal, AMADA has specifically developed and applied several technological solutions to automate the bending cell fully.

Starting with the latest generation of 3D programming software VPSS 4ie ARBEND, which supportsthe user in the automatic creation of the complete program, from the loading phase to the bendingphase, and concluding with various unloading strategies that optimise production capacity, whilemaintaining high attention to the needs of the part itself.
The EGB-ARse operator can then check the set-up of the entire process and schedule before its execution. EGB-ARse high-tech solutions support the production process in all its aspects, from program verification with automatic correction of bending positions via a dedicated laser sensor.

ATC - Automatic Tool Changer
The cell is also equipped with automatic die change, the fastest in its class, and three rear gauges that support the robot in positioning the part in all directions, ensuring, for example, the possibility of creating internal bends in the part even without side drains.
New Bi-S II angle measuring system
The new Bi-S II angle gauge is more accurate and faster and allows the creation of shorter flanges than its predecessor, with a quarter of a degree tolerance.
Automatic gripper change unit
The EGB-ARse has an automatic gripper change unit capable of accommodating 9 units, making the cell highly flexible and adaptable to the various shapes of parts to be produced.

Unloading with different solutions
On the unloading side, it is possible to equip the EGB-ARse with different solutions, depending on the customer production needs, from simple conveyor pallets to automatic pallet changers with a maximum capacity of 16 pallets, to provide the cell with a high production autonomy.
