Maximum precision
The system's servo-electric drive not only enables very high feed and opening speeds, but also generates the high torque required for the 130 tons of pressing force. At the same time, it ensures the particularly high positioning and repeat accuracy of the machine. The compact motor also ensures a simplified machine design and improved maintenance options. In addition, the servo drive does not require any hydraulic oil and has low CO2 emissions.
Maximum efficiency
The automatic tool changer (ATC) has been extensively redesigned to increase its efficiency. The capacity of the ATC has been increased by 30 percent, while the space requirement has been significantly reduced compared to the previous model. In addition, the die size has been increased to V50, allowing greater sheet thicknesses and a wider range of parts to be processed.
A special feature of the AMADA EGB-1303ATCe is the innovative backgauge with three independently controlled stop fingers, which considerably simplifies the positioning of components, even with complex outlines. The AMADA BI-S II angle measuring system offers significantly faster measurement by completing the process in half the time compared to its predecessor. This results in a measuring time of less than three seconds, which enables noticeable time savings in production.
High component quality is ensured by the integrated automatic crowning system, which uses two independently controlled servo-electric drives to guarantee precise compensation of the press beam deflection.
Individual operating comfort
The AMADA EGB-1303ATCe is controlled via the AMNC 4ie control system. This allows the system to be operated in both full and lite mode with a simplified user interface. This makes it easy to use, even for inexperienced operators. The enlarged control unit display and the additional, mobile control tablet ensure increased ease of use and operation - as does the live camera image, which uses AR technology to combine the real image with the drawing of the workpiece and the correct stop position. And after the bending process, the realized bending angles are automatically displayed, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual remeasurement.
